Simply decide which days and which meals. Example: Lunch or breakfast only, weekdays only.

In order to have a meaningful impact, aim for at least 40% of your daily food intake. We suggest having at least one traditional meal each day.


Weight Management
For weight management, we recommend having our meals for both breakfast and lunch, 5-6 days/week, until your goal weight is reached.


Portion size

Unlike other prepare meals that come in one size, ours give you the freedom to customize it to your preference!

Suggested size:

  • Breakfast: 12oz-18oz for breakfast
  • Lunch or dinner: 14oz-22oz

Note: When starting out, you may not need much to be full since you’re not used to the extra water.


While most diets and plans fail, we offer a lifestyle change, enabling anyone to attain a consistently healthier diet.





Smoothies are good for approximately 5-6 days in the fridge, and tubs are freezable.

  • Throw a tub in the fridge and put the rest in the freezer.
  • Thawing in fridge takes 2-3 days. If you forget, place it on the counter overnight and enough will thaw for one meal. Do not "fully thaw" on counter.
  • With no additives, separation is normal, so just stir or give the tub a good 5 second shake!


To reduce waste and prices, we've made yet another breakthrough with our packaging swap system:

  • Your first order includes a one-time purchase of a reusable insulated bag to drop your order off in, which we will swap out each delivery.
  • Tubs are reusable and dishwasher-safe. Just toss in the dishwasher. We do a second wash to assure sanitation.
  • On delivery days, leave any empty tubs and bag on the doorstep and we’ll swap it with a fresh-filled bag!

  • Chug it quickly, savor, or portion over several hours.
  • When you crave a tempting, unhealthy meal, just drink/chug your smoothie meal and the craving will disappear shortly.
  • For dinner: If you tend to eat pizza or another unhealthy food “for days” like we do, just chug some smoothie 15 minutes beforehand, and then you won’t need as many slices to fill you up. Less calories, more nutrients.
  • Use for a weight management plan. Reduce or increase your daily caloric intake easier than ANY other meal.
  • You can also drink part of a smoothie with each of your traditional meals. This is a great method to ease your way into having a smoothie as an entire meal if you're not used to smoothies as meals.
